Israeli Airstrikes Target Key Terrorists in Gaza and Lebanon

On November 4, Israeli airstrikes successfully targeted and eliminated key figures from terrorist groups in Gaza and Lebanon. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that Ahmed Al-Dalu, a member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s military intelligence unit, was killed in Gaza. Al-Dalu was involved in the October 7 attack on Kibbutz Kfar Aza, where 52 Israelis were killed. In southern Lebanon, an airstrike killed Abu Ali Rida, a Hezbollah commander responsible for planning attacks against Israeli troops.

In Gaza, IDF soldiers continued operations in the Rafah area, targeting a terrorist squad storing landmines intended for attacks on IDF troops. The airstrike successfully eliminated the terrorists and destroyed the weapons. Meanwhile, in southern Lebanon, Israeli troops conducted raids, dismantling Hezbollah infrastructure and locating weapons. A terrorist hiding near the Israeli border was struck, resulting in multiple secondary explosions, indicating the presence of weapons.

Following the October 7 Hamas attacks, Hezbollah has been launching rockets and drones at northern Israeli communities, displacing over 68,000 residents. Despite United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, which prohibits Hezbollah’s operations in southern Lebanon, the group continues its activities. The October 7 attacks resulted in over 1,200 deaths and 252 hostages, with more than 30 hostages declared dead. Hamas has also held two Israeli civilians captive since 2014 and 2015, along with the bodies of two soldiers killed in 2014.
