Despite the disruption, over 1000 life certifications were issued. The Hindu Canadian Foundation shared a video of the attack, claiming Khalistani terrorists targeted the temple. Canadian leaders, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, condemned the attack, emphasizing religious freedom and safety for all Canadians.

Political Reactions

Canadian opposition leader Pierre Poilievre and MPs Chandra Arya and Kevin Vuong criticized the attack, highlighting concerns over rising extremism and the safety of religious communities in Canada.
