In Tehri, Uttarakhand, the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) successfully rescued a person trapped in a vehicle that had fallen into a ditch near Narendranagar. The incident occurred on the Ranipokhari bypass road, 2 km ahead of Narendranagar. Two individuals, Vivek Uniyal, 30, and Shevtang Uniyal, 25, both residents of Narendranagar, were in the vehicle. While one managed to escape on his own, the SDRF team had to rescue the other. The rescued individual was taken to the hospital for treatment.
