Inauguration of Tata-Airbus Aircraft Plant

The leaders inaugurated Tata Advanced Systems Ltd’s aircraft assembly facility, marking India’s first private sector final assembly line for military aircraft. This collaboration with Airbus Spain is part of a Rs 2.5 billion deal to acquire 56 C-295 military transport aircraft. The project will enhance India’s aerospace capabilities and involve major Indian defense companies.

PM Modi will also visit Laxmi Vilas Palace and inaugurate infrastructure projects worth over Rs 4,800 crores in Amreli and nearby districts. These include road projects and water supply improvements, benefiting numerous villages.

Prime Minister Sanchez will travel to Mumbai to meet industry leaders, participate in the Spain-India Forum, and explore Bollywood collaborations, aiming to strengthen business and entertainment ties.
