On October 26, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu held a meeting with various department officers at the SDM office in Kwar, Himachal Pradesh. The meeting aimed to review ongoing development projects in the Dodra-Kwar area. The Chief Minister ordered the construction of a new SDM office, a civil hospital, and residences for doctors. Chief Minister Sukhu directed the completion of FCA formalities for the 12 km Pandar road, ensuring its construction is prioritized. He also instructed the Public Works Department to pave the road from the SDM office to the Civil Hospital in Kwar. Additionally, he assured that funds would be allocated for repairing Dhandwadi School.
The Chief Minister highlighted the state government’s commitment to developing remote areas, stating there is no shortage of funds for such projects. He noted that Himachal Day was celebrated in Spiti Valley for the first time under the current government, demonstrating their dedication to the development of tribal and remote regions.
