NCP Announces Second List of Candidates for Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2024

Sana Malik, daughter of NCP leader Nawab Malik, will contest from the Anushakti Nagar constituency. Zeeshan Siddiqui, who recently joined the NCP, will run from Bandra East. Siddiqui expressed gratitude to Ajit Pawar, Praful Patel, and Sunil Tatkare for their support, stating his confidence in winning the Vandre East seat.
Former BJP Leaders Join NCP
Former BJP leaders Nishikant Patil and Sanjaykaka Ramchandra Patil have joined the NCP. Nishikant Patil will contest from Islampur, while Sanjaykaka Patil will run from Tasgaon-Kavathe Mahankal. Nishikant Patil mentioned his shift to NCP was due to the Islampur seat being allocated to the party. Sanjaykaka Patil highlighted the NCP’s role in the Mahayuti alliance and his decision to contest the elections under its banner.

Other prominent candidates include Sunil Tingre for Vadgaon Sheri, Dnyaneshwar (Mauli) Katke for Shirur, and Pratap Patil Chikhlikar for Iron.
