On October 23, Congress leader Pramod Tiwari expressed his support for Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s nomination for the Wayanad bye-elections. The Wayanad seat was vacated by Rahul Gandhi, who retained the Rae Bareli Lok Sabha Constituency. Priyanka Gandhi faces competition from BJP’s Navya Haridas and LDF’s Sathyan Mokeri. The by-poll is scheduled for November 13.
