Fire in Kishangarh Injures Five, Two in Critical Condition at AIIMS

A fire broke out in a residential building in the Kishangarh area of New Delhi, injuring five family members. The incident occurred on a Wednesday, and the Delhi Police reported the details.

Injured Individuals

Among the injured are Sunny Mandal, 22, and Aakash Mandal, 16, who are in critical condition and receiving treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Three others, Laxmi Mandal, 42, Deepak, 20, and Anita Mandal, 40, have been admitted to Safdarjung Hospital, where their condition is stable.

Emergency Response

Two fire tenders and three Police Control Room (PCR) vans were dispatched to the scene promptly after the incident was reported. The cause of the fire remains unknown, although initial suspicions of an LPG cylinder leak were dismissed after inspection revealed the cylinder was intact.
