Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya Launches Mera Yuva Bharat to Empower Youth

Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, announced the success of the Mera Yuva (MY) Bharat platform, which aims to empower young people in India. The platform has already engaged 1.55 crore youth and offers opportunities like experiential learning, volunteer work, and professional tools such as a CV builder. Future plans include integrating with the National Career Service portal to provide career development and skill enhancement opportunities.

Dr. Mandaviya shared that MY Bharat plans to register 5 crore youth soon. The platform is more than just a tool; it is a movement to mobilize young people to contribute to building a developed India, or Viksit Bharat. As part of this initiative, youth volunteers will visit 5,000 colleges across India to inspire students to contribute to the Prime Minister’s vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047. District Youth Officers will lead this effort.
