High Court’s Decision

On October 15, the High Court decided to release Faizal on bail, requiring him to visit the police station on the first and fourth Tuesday of every month between 10 am and 12 pm. He must salute the flag 21 times during each visit. This condition will remain until the trial concludes.

Police Station Visit

Misrod police station in charge, Manish Raj Singh Bhadauriya, confirmed that Faizal complied with the court’s order on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The police documented the event through photography and videography to report back to the court.

Faizal’s Statement

Faizal expressed his commitment to following the court’s instructions, acknowledging his past mistake and vowing not to repeat it. He urged others not to make similar errors.

Background of the Case

Faizal was charged under IPC section 153 B on May 17 for his actions. Despite his lawyer’s claim of false implication, the court noted Faizal’s criminal history, which includes 13 other cases. The court granted bail with strict conditions, including a personal bond of Rs 50,000.

The court’s order also instructed the Commissioner of Police in Bhopal to ensure compliance with the bail conditions.
