Gangjee, a winner of eight titles, expressed satisfaction with his performance, stating, “Today’s effort gave a glimpse of both my previous rounds.”
Varun Parikh’s Comeback
Varun Parikh, who was tied eighth overnight, started strong with four birdies in the first five holes. He maintained his form with three more birdies on the back-nine. Parikh commented, “I was quite calm today, just following my process and enjoying myself.”
Last year’s champion, Jairaj Singh Sandhu from Chandigarh, ended the day tied for 26th at four-under 212.
