Indigo Airlines Faces Multiple Hoax Bomb Threats

Recently, several flights operated by Indigo Airlines have been subjected to hoax bomb threats, causing concern for passenger safety. A flight from Jodhpur to Delhi, Flight 6E 184, received a security alert but landed safely at Delhi’s IGI airport. Indigo assured that they are working with security agencies to ensure passenger safety.

Additionally, flights from India to Istanbul, including Flight 6E 17 from Mumbai and Flight 6E 11 from Delhi, were also affected. Indigo emphasized their commitment to passenger safety and are taking necessary precautions.

Flight 6E 108 from Hyderabad to Chandigarh also received a security alert. The aircraft was isolated upon landing, and passengers were safely disembarked.

In total, 20 flights from various airlines, including Akasa, Vistara, Air India, and Indigo, received bomb threat calls. The Ministry of Home Affairs has requested a report from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and other agencies regarding these threats, which have all been deemed hoaxes.
