On October 19, a drone attack targeted the private residence of Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Caesarea. Fortunately, neither Netanyahu nor his wife Sara were home, and no injuries were reported. The attack was launched from Lebanon, and two additional drones were intercepted by Israel’s air defenses, causing sirens to sound in Tel Aviv.

Warnings in Northern Israel

Sirens also alerted several northern communities, including Haifa Bay and Kiryat Bialik, of incoming rocket fire from Lebanon.

Netanyahu’s Message to Gaza

Amid the ongoing conflict with Hamas, Netanyahu addressed Gaza, stating the war could end if Hamas disarms and returns hostages. He confirmed the death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and emphasized Israel’s commitment to rescuing 101 hostages held in Gaza, who are citizens of 23 countries.

Netanyahu warned those holding hostages that Israel will pursue them to ensure justice. He also expressed hope, noting the weakening of the terror axis led by Iran.
