Dantewada Police Encounter: 38 Naxals Killed Near Dantewada-Narayanpur Border
In a major event, the police in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh, reported that 38 Naxals were killed in a recent encounter in the forest of Abujhmad, near the Dantewada-Narayanpur border. The police statement revealed that the encounter took place in the villages of Nendur and Thulthuli. The Naxals had a collective bounty of Rs 2.62 crore. He reiterated this commitment in a social media post, highlighting ongoing efforts since his administration took office. Earlier, Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that left-wing extremism would be eradicated from India by March 2026.
