The Uttarakhand government, led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, has sanctioned Rs 1389.75 lakh for various projects in Kedarghati. This includes Rs 535.10 lakh for improving the Chandrapurigugli-Aso-Jaykaran-D motor road in Augustmuni, spanning 5 km. Additionally, Rs 17.71 lakh is allocated for a steel girder motor bridge and access road on the Alaknanda river in Augustmuni.

Further approvals include Rs 471.87 lakh for the Dewar motor road improvement in Ukhimath and Rs 365.07 lakh for the Andargarhi to Dhartoliyon motor road in Augustmuni. On the same day, CM Dhami paid tribute to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, honoring his contributions to India’s space and defense sectors.
