In Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Ajay Rai expressed concerns over the recent Haryana elections. Despite the Congress party’s hard work, they faced unexpected losses. Rai mentioned that the party has identified discrepancies in about 20 seats and has reported these to the Election Commission. He emphasized that the election was for the common people and that the Congress party’s efforts are under review.

Congress leader Pawan Khera highlighted issues with Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) during the vote counting. He stated that a list of 20 seats has been sent to the Election Commission, where candidates reported anomalies. Khera pointed out a peculiar pattern where machines with 99% battery charge were linked to Congress losses, while those with 60-70% charge were associated with wins.

The constituencies where Congress has alleged irregularities include Narnaul, Karnal, Dabwali, Rewari, Hodal, Kalka, Panipat City, Indri, Badkhal, Faridabad NIT, Nalwa, Rania, Pataudi (SC), Palwal, Ballabhgarh, Barwala, Uchana Kalan, Gharaunda, Kosli, and Badshahpur.
