Amritsar Police’s Major Drug Bust
In a significant operation, the Amritsar Commissionerate Police seized 5 kilograms of heroin and Rs 3.95 lakh in drug money from Ajnala, Punjab. This operation, based on technical intelligence, led to the arrest of three individuals. An FIR was filed under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, and further investigations are ongoing to trace the drug network’s connections.

The Anti Gangster Task Force, in collaboration with Bathinda Police, also apprehended Jaspreet Singh, a notorious gang leader, along with his associates, recovering firearms and ammunition.
