Arvind Kejriwal Launches Tree Plantation and Table Tennis Ground in New Delhi

On October 6, Arvind Kejriwal, the former Chief Minister of Delhi, inaugurated a tree plantation campaign and a new table tennis ground at the New Delhi Assembly. During the event, Kejriwal, who is also the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor, interacted with local residents and promised swift completion of their pending work.

Expressing his joy, Kejriwal shared on social media that he was delighted to reconnect with the people of his constituency after several months. He also took the opportunity to criticize the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming that their ‘double-engine’ governments are failing in states like Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir. He argued that these governments lead to issues like inflation, unemployment, and corruption.

Kejriwal challenged the BJP to improve public services such as free electricity and better schools and hospitals, criticizing their governance in states like Gujarat. He also highlighted the worsening law and order situation in Delhi, questioning the BJP’s efforts in addressing these issues.

Previously, on September 17, Kejriwal resigned as Chief Minister, and Atishi has since claimed the formation of a new government following Kejriwal’s release on bail in an excise policy case.
