BSF Boot Camp Begins in Suigam
Introduction
The eighth phase of a three-day boot camp has started in Suigam, Banaskantha, Gujarat. This event involves 19 students from Maharana Pratap International School in Sagwara, Dungarpur, Rajasthan.
Activities and Learning
The boot camp began with a briefing on the history and role of the Border Security Force (BSF), followed by a display of weapons. Over the three days, students will engage in various activities such as physical training, yoga, obstacle courses, map reading, unarmed combat, weapon drills, survival techniques, and route marches.
Additional Experiences
Participants will also enjoy a campfire, local sightseeing, and a visit to Nadabet’s Seema Darshan to witness the Retreat Ceremony.

Organized in collaboration with Gujarat Tourism and under the Vibrant Village program of the Government of India, these boot camps aim to promote nation-building and border tourism. They offer participants insight into the life of armed forces and foster a sense of duty and respect for security forces.
