Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu Takes on Mizoram Governor Duties and Launches New Flight Route
Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu has been appointed to handle the responsibilities of Mizoram Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati during his leave, according to an official release. President of India Droupadi Murmu made the appointment.
In addition to his new duties, Governor Nallu inaugurated a new Indigo flight service connecting Agartala’s Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport to Hyderabad. The inauguration ceremony included the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, marking the start of the flight operations.
This new route is expected to enhance connectivity between the Northeastern region and Southern India, making travel easier for passengers and promoting business and tourism between Tripura and Telangana. Speaking at the event, Governor Nallu emphasized the importance of better air connectivity in boosting regional development and integration.
