Vikas Thakre Praises Nana Patole’s Hard Work for Maharashtra Congress
On Monday, Congress MLA and President of Nagpur Congress, Vikas Thakre, praised Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole, stating that Patole will see the results of his hard work. Thakre highlighted the importance of getting maximum elected representatives from the Vidarbha region.
Thakre said, “The way he (Nana Patole) took the responsibility of Maharashtra Congress president…He will reap the results of his hard work…” He added, “It is our responsibility to get the maximum representatives from Vidarbha. Those who work hard do justice to them.”
Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat mentioned that the decision on the Chief Minister’s face will be made by all coalition partners. Thorat said, “We are fighting in an alliance. We will make decisions as an alliance…We have enthusiastic workers, different names keep coming up everywhere, and there is no reason to believe them. The decision taken as MVA will be accepted…”
Earlier today, Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala asserted that discussions on the Chief Minister’s post among the coalition partners in Maharashtra will be held after the elections. Chennithala said, “We will hold discussions on the Chief Minister’s post after the assembly elections. Our only target is to form the government now. We aim to remove the corrupt BJP government from power.”
