Adani Group Donates Rs 25 Crore for Andhra Pradesh Flood Relief
The Adani Group, through its CSR arm Adani Foundation, has contributed Rs 25 crore to help Andhra Pradesh recover from severe floods. Chairman Gautam Adani shared his concerns on X, expressing solidarity with the affected people.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu inspected the flood-affected areas and assured residents of all possible help to rebuild their lives. The Indian armed forces were deployed for rescue operations, and residents were moved to relief camps.
Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also visited Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He later met Union Home Minister Amit Shah to hand over a preliminary report on the damage caused by the floods and heavy rains.
