A tragic accident occurred on Sion Bridge in Mumbai, resulting in the deaths of Animesh More and Ashfaq Ansari. The collision between a motorcycle and a scooter, caused by wrong-way driving, left three others injured.

Details of the Accident

The accident happened early in the morning when Animesh More, Vignesh Sarvade, and Amol Kunchikaurve were heading to Girgaon Chowpatty for Ganesh idol immersion. At the same time, Ashfaq Ansari and Mehendi Sayed were returning home to Shivaji Nagar after visiting Jama Masjid.

The collision was so intense that Animesh fell off the bridge, and both vehicles were completely damaged. The police arrived quickly and took all five injured individuals to a hospital in Sion.
