Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami addressed public gatherings in Khatua, Jammu and Kashmir, to support BJP candidate Jeevan Lal. Speaking at Chhinj Maidan at Mashedi, Dhami compared the area to Uttarakhand’s hilly regions and honored five soldiers from Uttarakhand who were martyred there.

Dhami emphasized the development projects in Jammu and Kashmir, including national highways, bridges, and hospitals, under the central government’s special action plan. He noted the shift from discussions of terrorism to development in the region.

During a gathering in Bani, Dhami highlighted the increasing tourism and criticized opposition parties like Congress, PDP, and National Conference for their past actions, accusing them of promoting separatism and corruption. He expressed confidence in BJP’s victory, citing the enthusiasm of the local people.
