14-Year-Old Student in Gwalior Accused of Assaulting Junior Student
A 14-year-old student at a reputed school in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, allegedly assaulted a 12-year-old junior student on July 13. The incident occurred on the school premises and was reported by the school principal to the Bahodapur police.
Details of the Incident
According to Gwalior ASP Niranjan Sharma, the principal of the school lodged a complaint after learning about the incident. Both the accused and the victim are minors, with the accused being 14 years old and the victim 12 years old. An investigation into the matter has been initiated.
Sequence of Events
On the day of the incident, both students visited the school’s health center due to feeling ill. The accused then took the junior student to the washroom and forcibly assaulted her. The victim later informed the school nurse, which led to the school authorities contacting the police.
