13-Year-Old Boy Dies from Electric Shock at Delhi Cricket Ground

A tragic incident occurred in Ranhola, Delhi, where a 13-year-old boy lost his life due to electrocution. The boy was playing cricket at the Cricket Ground in Kotla Vihar Ph-2 when he touched an iron pole carrying an electric wire while trying to retrieve a ball.

The police received a PCR call around 1:30 pm on Saturday about the incident. The boy was immediately taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) hospital by a PCR van, but the hospital authorities declared him dead.

An FIR under section 106(1) BNS has been registered, and the police have started an investigation into the matter. More updates are awaited.
