13 Candidates Compete in Himachal Pradesh By-Elections for Dehra, Hamirpur, and Nalagarh

In Himachal Pradesh, 13 candidates are set to compete in the by-elections for Dehra, Hamirpur, and Nalagarh assembly constituencies on July 10, 2024. After the withdrawal of some candidates, Hamirpur has three candidates, Nalagarh has five, and Dehra also has five.

Hamirpur

In Hamirpur, independent candidate Pradeep Kumar’s withdrawal has narrowed the race to three candidates:

• Nand Lal Sharma (Independent)

Nalagarh

In Nalagarh, independent candidate Gurnam Singh’s withdrawal leaves five candidates:

• Hardeep Singh Bawa (INC)

• Kishori Lal Sharma (Swabhiman Party)
• Harpreet Singh (Independent)
• Vijay Singh (Independent)

Dehra

Dehra remains competitive with five candidates:

• Kamlesh (INC)

• Sulekha Devi (Independent)
• Arun Ankesh Syal (Independent)
• Advocate Sanjay Sharma (Independent)
